Suitable for all styles of playing, this model has a rich sound with excellent response and tone quality. The instrument is supplied with two mouthpieces/receivers — one for the standard flügelhorn mouthpiece that gives the richest sound and best intonation from the low register through the G on the top of the staff, and the other for a standard trumpet mouthpiece shank that gives consistent intonation from the low register through the C above the staff.
